Get ready to box with Kris! Complete any one of his stretches or exercises and load up the proof here (an action snap or video is perfect).
Below is a summary of a few of the exercises, for more detailed instructions, watch Kris’ video!
- Neck stretch – neck back, forward, left and right holding it for 5 seconds in each position.
- Shoulder roll – hands on your shoulder and roll your shoulders backwards first and then forwards, counting to 10 in each direction
- Grab your tin of baked beans and get those bicep curls going for 1 minute, keep your elbows close to your body.
- Get ready to box! Hands together up to your face, twist left to right 5 times. Every time you come back to the centre, jab! Shake it off after a few rounds and then start again!
